Privacy Policy

Information we collect

From agents: your name, email, phone number, brokerage and licensing details, photos and listing content you add, and billing details processed by Stripe (we never see your card number).

From visitors to an agent's page: the details you submit in a form (name, email, phone, message and answers), your consent choice, and privacy-preserving analytics (a hashed visitor identifier, device class and country). We do not store your IP address.

How we use information

To run the service: publish pages, deliver leads to the agent you contacted, send account notifications and provide support.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use agent or lead data to train AI models.

SMS and mobile information

If an agent opts in to SMS alerts, we use their mobile number solely to send account notifications about new leads and account activity. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Sharing of information

We share information with service providers who help us operate KeyPage (hosting, database, email, SMS and payments), solely for the purposes described here, and when required by law. A lead's details are shared only with the agent whose page they contacted.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as an account is active. When an account is deleted, the public page goes offline immediately and data is purged within 30 days. Agents can export their leads and listings at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Residents of Canada, California and other jurisdictions have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
