Terms of Service

Welcome to KeyPage. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use KeyPage only for lawful real estate marketing. You are responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with your regulator's advertising rules (brokerage name, licence disclosures) and fair housing laws.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free forever. Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. The 14-day trial requires no card; at its end your account moves to Free unless you upgrade. Downgrading never deletes your data.
Acceptable use
No spam, deceptive listings, unlicensed activity, harassment, or attempts to interfere with the service or other agents' pages.
SMS messaging
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from KeyPage about leads and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Cancellation and export
You can cancel Pro at any time from Billing and keep Pro features until the end of the billing period. You can export your leads and listings as CSV at any time and delete your account from Settings.
Limitation of liability
KeyPage is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
